Thomas B. Walsh
Thomas B. Walsh obtained a B.S. from the University of South Carolina in 1987, and graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1991. He is licensed and experienced in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Federal courthouses.In addition to defending clients in a wide array of traffic and criminal matters at the State, Federal and Appellate levels, Mr. Walsh is also one of two attorneys in the firm who is qualified lead counsel on death penalty cases in Virginia and Federal Court. Along with his partner, Mark Petrovich, Mr. Walsh has twice been a featured speaker at the Annual Capital Defense Seminar. He is also an active member of the Virginia and Fairfax County Bar Associations, and is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Petrovich and Mr. Walsh have been integral members of the Fairfax County Bar Association Lawyer Referral and Information Service (LRIS). For over two years, they have served as committee members, assisting with evaluating the qualifications of criminal defense attorneys seeking to consult the public through LRIS. This valuable oversight has helped to ensure the ongoing integrity and competency of legal representation provided to our community through LRIS.
